We listen, act, and transform
I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) specializing in betrayal trauma recovery, working with individuals, couples, families, and teens navigating the impact of relational wounds. My work is deeply informed by the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (MPTM), along with family systems therapy and Brainspotting, allowing me to support both the emotional and physiological aspects of trauma.
I was drawn into this work through a strong commitment to helping people make sense of painful relational experiences and rebuild a sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust. Over time, I’ve developed a focused specialization in supporting those impacted by betrayal, infidelity, and relational trauma—areas that are often misunderstood and require a nuanced, trauma-informed approach.
In our work together, I focus on helping you stabilize your nervous system, process unresolved trauma, and reconnect with your voice and agency. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of betrayal, working to repair a relationship, or seeking to better understand yourself and your patterns, therapy can become a space where meaningful, lasting change occurs. My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a life that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you want to be.
